They will be returned after that fencer helps for one round after participation completed or when the manager is other wise satisfied.</P> <DD> </DD> </DL> <P>NOTE: The Division Policy is <FONT SIZE="+2" COLOR="#FF3300"><B><I><U>MANAGERS WILL NOT MAKE CHANGE!</U></I></B></FONT> Fencers must pay the exact amount for the entry fee AND for the deposit. i.e. a $20 bill is not satisfactory to cover both needs. You must have at least<FONT COLOR="#FF3300"> two (2) bills</FONT>, a ten and a five for seniors or two five's for juniors.</P> </body>
